Playtime is not something I do naturally. Yoga is about as playful as I get, at least until my granddaughter, Persephone, was born. Now she's re-teaching me how to play. Now everything seems more like play. Playing with grown-ups is a special treat. To have the time to make it up as we go along is such a luxury, and a joy. To experience spontaneous creativity taps in to the heart of yoga– living free, in the moment, without comment.
